my left side is covered in bruises, my neck, my leg and my head. today i went paintballing and it was the best thing ive ever done in my life.
its a little weird that i like the causing of such big pain, but the squeals people make when they get belted around the head with little balls of paint fired at 220kmph are just so funny its made even better by the knowledge that they wouldnt hesitate to do the same to u.

update: calming down now, my muscles are still twitching involuntarily but my chest stopped hurting, i got through 5 and a half cups b4 i realised i am still but mortal and a lightweight one at that.
as for my work i now have to delete the 537 pages of smiley faces (thats 279240 smiley faces ppl) b4 i can resume.
i fell over whilst spinning, that hurt a little.
i broke my toy gun but thats probably a good thing
